Monthly Order Cap:
As a small cottage company producing high-quality, handmade gear, we have reached a point where our demand has exceeded our production abilities. That being the case, we’ve had to implement a monthly incoming order “cap” to prevent us from being overwhelmed by orders. On the 1st of every month, we open our website for incoming orders and shut down as soon as we hit our monthly cap. If you see our “made-to-order” products marked as “out of stock” simply check back in on the 1st of the following month for your chance to order.
Current lead time: 9-10 weeks for backpacks, 2-3 weeks for small accessories. Lead times are estimated not guaranteed. Lead time is subject to change and is estimated. We do not issue full or partial refunds based on a later delivery than estimated.
If ordering a backpack with small accessories, all items will be shipped together based on the longer lead time. If you would like to receive the accessories prior with a shorter lead time, please purchase them separately.
International Shipping:
Our website allows for purchases shipping to Canada, Australia, and the United States. For other countries, send us an inquiry on our contact page.
