Returns and Warranty Policy

Warranty:
Pilgrim UL backpacks and accessories carry a 2-year limited warranty against defects in craftsmanship. This does not include blatant acts of neglect or damage. Tears, abrasion, and punctures caused by typical use do not constitute a warranty claim. We will repair or replace gear that falls within the warranty parameters. We only ask that the customer cover the cost of shipping to send gear to our shop. Delamination of laminated fabrics such as Ultra 200 and EPLX200 (or others) is not covered under the warranty.

Returns:
We offer a 30-day return window on non-customized or made-to-order products. Made-to-order products can be returned within 30 days with a 30% restocking fee. “Off-the-shelf” packs and accessories can be returned for a full refund. In the event of any return, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Cancellations:
As a small business, we are unable to accept full order cancellations on backpacks. We do not allow for order changes or customizations to be made after an order is placed. If the customer absolutely must cancel, then a 30% restocking fee will apply.

We are happy to repair gear on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
