Thanks for your interest in PilgrimUL. We do our best to respond to inquiries within a few days of receiving them. Thanks for your patience as we are a small, family-run business. Given our small operation and limited time, we kindly ask that you review our frequently asked questions before submitting an inquiry:

FAQs

1. Can you customize XYZ part of a backpack?
-No. The options seen on the product page are the only customizable options we offer.

2. Can you ship to XYZ country?
-We only ship to the US, Australia, and Canada on our website. Contact us for other countries as we often can work something out.

3. Can a PilgrimUL backpack fit in the overhead bin of an airplane?
-Often yes but not always. Although we make no guarantees, the Highline in S/M and M/L sizes and the Roan in size S/M typically fit. The Roan in larger sizes likely will not fit.

4. I have a YouTube channel, blog, Instagram following, etc. Can I receive a free product in exchange for a feature or review?
-Send us a request above! Our resources are limited, so we typically reserve free products for accounts with substantial follower counts of 10,000 or more.

5. What is your lead time?
-See our ‘Shipping and Lead Times’ page for the current estimated time frame.

Existing customers who need to contact us can do so by simply replying to the purchase confirmation email that was sent when the purchase was made.
